Der STI-Testtag in der KHG geht jetzt los Ihr habt heute bis 17 Uhr die Möglichkeit euch kostenlos, anonym und ohne Termin auf STIs testen zu lassen. Kommt einfach vorbei!
Vor jedem Test findet ein Beratungsgespräch statt, damit ihr wisst was für euch in Frage kommt.

STI-Testtag am 15.01.24

Hallo zusammen,
am Montag den 15.01.2024, organisieren wir von 11 bis 17 Uhr zusammen mit der Beratungsstelle für Aids und sexuelle Gesundheit des Gesundheitsamtes Regionalverband Saarbrücken und der Aidshilfe Saar im KHG Café einen STI-Testtag.
Dort habt ihr die Möglichkeit euch auf HIV und andere Geschlechtskrankheiten (STIs) testen zu lassen – allerdings ausschließlich als Labortests. Das Angebot ist kostenlos, anonym und kann ohne Termin wahrgenommen werden. Teilt die Information gerne und kommt zahlreich vorbei.

On Monday, 15.01.2024, the AK Queer is organizing an STI test day in the KHG Café from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. together with the counseling center for AIDS and sexual health of the Health Department Regional Association Saarbrücken and the Aidshilfe Saar.
There you have the opportunity to be tested for HIV and other sexually transmitted infections (STIs) – but only as laboratory tests. The offer is free, anonymous and can be taken without an appointment. Please share the information and come along in large numbers!

Am 28.12. um 19 Uhr wird es eine online Games Night auf unserem Discord Server geben. Also, auch wenn ihr nicht in Saarbrücken seid, aber trotzdem ein bisschen queere Gesellschaft haben wollt zwischen den Jahren schaut vorbei! Wenn ihr noch nicht auf unserem Discord seid, schreibt uns einfach an und wir fügen euch hinzu.

Da die Feiertage nicht für alle von uns einfach sind, haben wir am Ende des Announcements auch noch Online-Angebote vom Queer Lexikon und vom Lambda-Peer Support verlinkt, die auch über die Feiertage weitergeführt werden.

General Assembly on the 25.01.24

Dear fellow students,

The Queer Department and the Queer Working Group of the AStA cordially invite all queer students of the UdS to the annual general meeting of the Queer Working Group.

What happens at the general meeting?
The AK Queer will present its work and report on what has happened in the past year and what we have organized. We will also give an outlook on events that have already been planned and are still to come. You will have the opportunity to get an impression of our work and ask questions or give feedback. Then we will elect the new Speakers‘ Council for the next term of office. Afterwards, we sit together in a cozy atmosphere and end the evening together; we are providing some snacks and drinks.

What is the Speakers‘ Council?
The Speakers‘ Council is the planning team of the AK Queer and supports the Queer Department in staging events. Therefore, the person in charge of the department is always part of the Speakers‘ Council, but all members have equal rights. We come together every two weeks at our meetings, exchange information on the planning status of the various projects and discuss upcoming topics.
The Speakers‘ Council is an opportunity for students to get involved in the queer student community at our university. We welcome your topics and suggestions for events, and are happy to hear from anyone who would like to get involved!
If you are also interested in joining us, experience has shown that it helps to attend one or two sessions beforehand to get a feel for the workload and whether you will enjoy it. So feel free to drop by, but please write a short message to queer@asta.uni-saarland.de or orga@akqueeruds.de beforehand.
